Question: if i jog 6 miles a day, will i lose weight? my diet is pretty decent and is based on weight watchers.

you should lose weight. my sister always says make sure youre doing cardio and ur jogging covers that.. so yes i think you should lose it but remember to skip atleast one day a week. i dont want you to get tired and week<3
