yes, 17 years old, 7-8meals a day tons of chicken and whole grains 300+carbs 250-300gprotein 2500-3000calories 100+gfat(mono or poly unsaturated). i used to be really fat, i lost weight and did not like being little anymore than fat, now that im into it i love it and am very dedicated. i have not competed yet, but i am cutting to see where i am at so i will very soon hopefully.
