I can't do 1 push up, how do get stronger?!

you might be to heavy for your arm strength...
losing weight can help you since it's less weight to lift..

now, if you are really skinny.. try low weight but a lot of reps.. either bench press or free weights.
lift everyday, building your arm, chest and back strength..

Start doing them like they sometimes teach girls to do them, bend at the knees. That will take the weight off. Learn to do 10-30 of them, then try the push ups for real.

You should also get a good weight training program going. Google one. There are tons.

if you cant do any pushups at all do some on an incline to decrease the pressure on youre arms.

just practice everyday as often as possible and you will eventually build your muscles up
