Huge weight gain?!

Question: for the past 3 months I have gained a total of 7 pounds!!! I exercise but I know my eating is not so great. I'm 5'2" and 19 years old. I weighed 130lbs. and now i'm up to 137lbs. I tend to eat everything in sight and I don't know why. I'm assuming it is PMS but I feel like it is fat not water weight. My face, legs, arms, and stomach are all puffy and flabby. I just feel like crap now. I'm thinking of taking Slim Quick Hoodia to lose weight. I've been wanting to get down to 110lbs. in so long but I have no motivation to do so. Please if anyone can help.

hun i know exactly what your saying, what it is, is that you've had this goal in your head and you've most probably been telling yourself, i've gota lose 20pounds gota lose 20pounds, then everytime you've not lost enough you comfort eat? setting yourself such big goals is where it all goes wrong, you feel deflated after a a few days of eating little and excersing like crazy only to step on the scale and its either gone up a pound or you've stayed the same or lost a fraction of a pound, then it seems all pointless so go on a binging bender?
set yourself easier goals and don't expect to lose so much so fast, these fad diets make us think thats its easy to lose 7lbs in 7days, but its really hard to stick at and unhealthy and ends up in weight gain.
i made the same mistake as you, even turned throwing up after binging but still gained about 9lbs over about 5months going from 113lbs to 122,
it would be lovely if we could make all the weight just fall off but it doesn't happen like easily, and expect a maximum of 3lbs loss a week, and the week of your period don't step on the scales becasue this will probably make you upset and binge as you can gain 6lbs of water around that time.

look at the question i just answered

It is always hard to get into the routine of a diet plan and an exercise plan. Once you get over that initial hump it is much easier to get into a routine. I had the same problem. It is best if you pick a diet plan that is right for you. Check out www.fiberdiet.info, you can compare plans and also use a body mass calculator, which will give you a better idea of a goal to set. Take care!

do treadmill and if you want to not be more fat you should drink more water
