Help with exercise?!
Question: Does anyone know of some good exercisesI can do? I'm not really looking to loose weight ( altho a few lbs would be okay. lol ) but to get in shape and tone muscle? ( If I'm using the right word. lol ) Mainly my legs?

Yoga has done that for me!! I've been doing power yoga for about 6 months now, and I'm loving my body. It isn't really making me lose weight, but it is toning me all over--my abs especially look good now, hehe.
Light weight lifting/weight machines will have the same effect, but I find yoga much more fun. Yoga, pilates, martial arts--those are all good for shaping/toning. Plus, they're not boring like walking on a treadmill, etc. Experiment, then pick which one you like most! :)
Yoga!...lol. Try leg lifts (all directions) and do aerobic techniques!

Exercises? Well i do bodybuilding but im not sure since your a female. Possibly some leg lifts which will work abdominals and legs. Squat thrusts are unique and work the hamstrings and calfs, also jogging and the spot and star jumps.
Your a female so i really don't know. Men and women are built differently.
