I am very sad tonight. Can you help me?!

Question: I have to take a plane trip, but I weigh 372 pounds and won't fit into one seat. Usually I travel with a skinny friend who doesn't mind me impinging on their seat, but I will be going alone this time. I bring my own seat belt extension so I don't have to suffer the humiliation of asking for one. But I don't want to impinge upon the person sitting next to me.

I have to travel 800 miles, both ways, over a weekend, so driving is out of the question.

I realize that my weight has got me to this point where I am having more and more health problems and now this plane dilemma. I'm not depressed, just really sad that I've let things get so far out of hand. I really hate being at this weight, I just don't know how to stick to a diet and exercise plan.

Any suggestions?

I feel very sad just hearing your problem. I don't know the answer for flying. I guess it is too expensive to buy two seats. Does an aisle seat help?
Losing such a huge amount of weight is a massive undertaking, but it can be done. The trick is to be positive. Instead of 'hating' being at the weight you are you need to love yourself and love yourself getting thinner everyday. Everyday add a little more walking, maybe some stretching exercises, more water, more fresh vegetables, more fruit. Think of it as adding more to your life and getting better and better. Instead of focusing on what you should be doing without.
Losing weight will take a long time but enriching your life with healthier options can start now! Good Luck :-)

if you see an empty seat in the plane when the plane has taken off, switch.

Weight watchers points program is a great place to start. You know what you have to do it's just doing it and sticking to it that is hard. You can do it! ?

Aw i'm so sorry love :(

First of all try and cut out most fatty food and drinks, but don't cut it all out completely or you'll crave more..

Just eat alot of fish/salad/chicken/veges etc
or Multigrain bread sandwhiches, vege soups etc.

for exercise, do whatever you like, as long as it gets your heart rate up. start of with short sessions, then build up your minutes

:) good luck

There are lots of people who have that problem. Luckily you can become healthier. i would recommend to try exercising and eating healthy foods. when you are exercising you should go a little more every day. for example if you exercise 30 minutes a day , try going 35 minutes the next day. You should also try eating 2000 calories everyday ,but don't be one of those people who count there calories like 24/7 because it could become a problem. Another suggestion is try to get in one of those diets you see on TV like Jenny Craig. My last suggestion is that you consult a local dietitian. I hope i helped. :)

just start walking...like start out slow like at least 5-10 minutes a day ...then like every week try 15-20 minutes ...walking is the best thing.....either out side its nice fresh air or get a treadmill......and just try to eat healthier...and cut out the bad foods.....it is hard to stick to it but u have to really want it .....and its not like a diet its a healthy way of living ...i wish u luck...you can do it .
