Wts the perfect diet for a skinny person who just started going to the gym ?!


Question: im realy taking this seriously...plz dnt tell me things like eat ( number ) protein per day or 70 % of ur meals
i dunt know how to count and **** just give me a diet like
in the breakfast : tuna, boiled eggs....

hey ya :P
here is some ideas of what you should eat
breakfast:
semi skilld milk with high bran cereals (as it is extremly good for your digestion and makes you go to the toilet)
lunch:
salad and fruits
dinner:
salad or rice or pasta (u do need a bit of fat in ur diet but not too much) dont eat a whole bole of pasta or rice just have half of whatever you normaly have and then eat 1 fruit of your choose i normally eat an orange :P
and remember to exercise at least 3 times a week for 40 minutes
i dont exercise so somedays i eat a bit less
