How can I gain weight for more muscle but lose body fat at the same time for ton!

Question: I am currently lifting weights. I do it about 3-4 days a week and a day to rest in between. I do cardio for 30 minutes on a stationary exercise bicycle. I want to know that if by losing calories doing my cardio, am I stopping my muscles from getting bigger. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

Cardio workouts only help tone and cardio fitness and don't really help you to gain muscle mass. If you want to get both i would suggest lifting low weights at high reps at first to get your tone and once your as toned as you would like to be, begin lifting higher weights with less reps while consuming a lot of protein to help you gain that muscle mass.
