Why are out there so many exercises? I dont know which one to start!?!


Question: Like IO need to lose my hips and tone my butt... there r so many out there.. the ones that seems easy for me to do I think that they wont word, the ones that seem hard for me to do.. I will do it the first day get really tired and never do them again.. what should I do? anything anybody! PS: F, 27, 4 kids (+husband) 164, 5'7 I do want to lose weight too.. I love the gym but do not have the time.. at home I get really really bored exercising or the treadmill..

make a scedule of the workouts one day do the hard one and then the next day do the easy one

type 8 minute buns on youtube and you will also get alist of 8 minute workouts on the side like 8 minute legs.

Go walking at the parks with kids!!that should tone down the hips and tone your butt:)

There are a lot of routines so you dont get bored. If you live in an area that allows you to exersize outside.. go for hikes. this will strengthen your legs and tighten the buttocks. And who says you have to do this alone...take your kids outside to play catch or ride your bikes. also, try strapping 1 lb weights to your legs, take the stairs not the elevator. get your girlfriends and take 3 laps around the mall before settling in on a store to start shopping.
