1-Week Intense Workout?!

Question: I, i have taken it easy the past week, leading up to this one.

I want a routine where I work out daily (don't tell me I should work out 3-4 times per week) and which will bust my ***.

Always make sure you switch up the routines everyday. You don't want your body getting used to the same old thing. There's an AWESOME boot camp work out at local gyms. It's pretty new. It incorporates jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, running, 8-count body builders (when you raise your arms straight up over your head, then touch your toes/floor, throw your feet behind you into push-up position & then get back up.) Then, the next day, you can jump on the elliptical for 20 minutes & then the treadmill for another 20 min., & then do some (abs) crunches. The next day, if possible, do some laps in a pool or play some raquet ball for an hour. Cycling classes will kick your butt for an hour. They are NO JOKE! My husband thought it would be a breeze since "workout classes are for girls"...yah right...lol...he was in pain for 2 days after that. Always try to do some form of cardio for 40min - 1 hour 3-4 times a week (that's true though), BUT make sure & switch it up so you're not doing the same thing twice in a row. Also, DEFINETLY set some time aside after your cardio to do some weight training. There are other fantastic workouts that don't involve a gym, so when you can get out try these...I love kayaking. It can be an intense workout, and guess what, you HAVE to paddle back to your destination so you can't quit in the middle. Hiking is awesome...you get exercise & scenery. Tennis & basketball are also good workouts as long as you're non stop for those 40min-1 hour. Good luck bustin' ur ***! lol
