Advice plz?!


Question: im a girl and im pretty petite (im an average height but im rilly skinny) im not anorexic or bullimic or nothin n i dont seem to grow much in the belly area no matter what i eat neway i wos wonderin if ne1 nos ne exercises dat will make memore toned but not lose weight

Yoga is a great way to tone your body and it is very slow paced. Basically, you hold poses and stretches for extended periods of time to lengthen your muscles. After doing yoga for awhile consistently, you would have the body of a dancer, very lean muscle. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
