DONT! making yourself throw up is terrible for your health and can lead to serious mental issues. to lose weight you must burn more calories than you take in. to do this you need to up your metabolism. eat lots of protein, avoid sugars like glucose (junk food and processed sugars) and eat fructose and lactose instead for sugar cravings, fruit and milk respectively. try to lower carb intake. do planty of cardio (3-5 times weekly) and weight train as well, this will improve your metabolism and thus you will lose weight. try to limit cal intake to around 1500-2000 daily

WTF you are really slim dont become belimic go to the doctors and get some pills, or eat salad and do A LOT of cardio if you are worried!

Ok, well trust me, I'm an ex bulimic, and bulimia does NOT work, all it does is deteriorates your esophagus. The reason why it doesn't work? Because fat is the first thing your body absorbs. Try working out, it really helps. Or drinking icy cold water in the morning, because then your body burns fat to warm yourself up. Please, don't start bulimia. It's an embarrassment.

First of all trying to make yourself throw up is never a good idea (well unless you just ingested some sort of poison and that's what the poison control center said to do). Bulimia will not only totally ruin the enamel on your teeth but will lead to long term health problems and statistics show that most bulimics remain 10lbs over weight. Now with that being said, you are not fat! You don't say how tall you are but 120 is a great weight unless you are maybe 3 feet tall. I really don't think that you are fat. But if you are concerned with losing weight (again, I don't think you need to!) you can try to eat healthier and exercise. Do a mix of cardio for fat burning and strength training to tone up your muscles. I also feel that you should try talking to a counselor about your body image issues. I bet you have a healthy, beautiful body and a counselor may help you see this for yourself. Take care.

plus throwing up all that food doesn't get you the nutrients you need and it rots your teeth and your esophagus and gives you bad breath.

YOUR NOT FAT!!!! throwing up will not making you lose weight, it will cause great deal of problems and eventually DEATH. You have about 8 months to lose whatever you want, excercise regualry at least 30 min a day if not more, and eat in monderation and you will c results trust me, if you dont c the pounds show rite away its the inches that go first. PLEASE do not throw up its not good for you.

okay please dont throw up im in the same boat as you and i threw up....4 months later i was in the hospital with tubes up my nose and almost dead....dont wanna scare ya but its the truth...they had me talkin to phycatrists and i still am nnow im on a diet plan to get back to where i was....and it helps...just talk to a nutritionist trust me they set up a diet plan for me to fit my needs and exercise plan so i lose weight but healthily and im not nessarily losing weight but looking leaner and gainin muscle mass...im loving it

If you do make your self throw up you will prob. end up getting hooked on it and not being able to stop.....theres all the medical consequences and stuff....

you are hurting yourself. get your mp3 player out and walk for a while you will lose weight like that. When you force yourself to vommit it hurts all parts of your body and thats no good go see a doctor now before you kill your self

nothing came out cause your body needs what you ate to survive. i know you are not gonna beleive anyone on here that you are small or look good etc. but please seek out a therapist, just to talk and if after you go you feel the same way see your reg dr about helping you loose weight the healthy way good luck and may god bless you

I looked at your other questions and I see that you are 12, 4 feet tall and 120 pounds. Yes, you need to lose weight but...

there are healthy ways to lose weight without vomiting. Vomiting is so bad for you mentally and physically.

Is there an adult you can ask for advice? I am sure the school nurse could point you in the right direction. Your first step should be to become more physically active. At your young age, if you do that and cut back on in between meal eating, you will lose quickly.

Just a note, if you start purging on a regular basis, you will gain weight instead of losing it. Plus you put yourself at risk for so many problems (including deadly ones).

Maybe because you didnt eat anything. Other than that, you just need to try for longer. I am not advising you though, i think you should definatley NOT try to make yourself throw up. ED's are horrible and the worst thing EVER! 120lbs isnt a lot. How tall are you because for a 5'4 person 120 is perfect I think. October is 8 months away.

In 8 months, you can lose 34lb by eating 500 calories then than your BMR. Don't lose 34lbs though thats too much.In 2 months you can lose 9lb i think that would be more suitable.
