Too fat to live? Everyone has a right to live their life no matter what.

yeah actually, you should be dead by now. It's a medical mystery as to why you are still alive.

Too fat to live? No way. You can lose that over a few months, just do all sorts of cardio.

I am 5'10" and I weigh 120kg (264lbs). I am what most (OK all ) doctors would call morbidly obsese. I play golf (6 handicap), do powerlifting, and retired from Karate (black belt in Budokan & Shotokan) about 13 years ago. OK I'm also Samoan and we're supposed to be big people ...

If you want to lose weight, then I would not recommend a diet - as diets are temporary. I would however suggest a lifestyle change. The simplest thing to do is to reduce the amount of your sugar intake. Stop snacking on junk food and fizzy drinks and start considering water and veges. Once you have gone down this track for a while you can see whether or not it is for you. Increase the amount of physical activity you do (slowly as you do not want to add to any problems), and try participating in various sports.

Sounds too me like you are young and depressed you are not happy with your weight the only way to fix it is too do something about it so you feel better about yourself Iam 5foot 4 and i weigh 187 lbs i was at 224 but I was not happy at that weight and it was causing health problems so Iam doing something about it by losing weight and you can too you might also want to seek help from a trained professional for your depression I know that it is easier to say Iam going to lose weight than it is to do it but at 40 years old It can be done just watch what you eat and lot's of exercise and drink lot's and lot's of water good luck

Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

At your weight and height, you are 28.8 .
I really shouldn'tbe the one breaking this to you but if this continues, you will get Obesity . :(
