Here are some glute building exercises, to keep me happy. The first is the squat with a slightly wider stance. Also there is the one legged deadlift, the hip-pull through, and the sumo deadlift. These are the best and really the only glute builders I know. You can look up technique on Westside barbell, or crossfit,or other places. You can do 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps with 3-5 minutes rest, and 3-5 days in betweenfor three weeks. On the fourth week tone it down ,and then resume. After you've built some strength hit it 10-12 reps bodybuilder style.Westside barbells conjugate method is the best.Mix conjugate and concurrent periodization for all around results. You could aslo just focus on mass ,but build glute strength first. Than you will put on mass easier.
