How long will it take for me to "tone up"?!


Question: I'm petite and slim (female) but I have practically 0 muscle tone. Really thin arms and legs, but a tiny bit of a wobbly belly (it's small and not noticable with clothes on but just slightly podgy). I also eat pretty healthy.

All this considered, if I start going to the gym twice a week (maybe with a personal trainer?!) how long will it take for me to "tone up"? I don't mean become crazily muscley, just to be generally toned and less wobbly.

It's an ongoing process. But when I started, people noticed after 2 weeks. I didn't.
