I train 3 hours a day and what gives me the strength is myself and knowing how much this benefits my health, confidence and fitness. Actually I just try to visualise myself with a perfect body everyday while training and if I quit I tell myself my soul will be lost so thats enough to continue lol!

hmm...i have no idea i just listen to music an when my 10-14 favrt "fast" songs are over i stop...time flys by so dam fast when i listen to music so i put that an exercising 2gther....lol still tryin to lose more weight tho:D
Watching all the reality weight loss shows on tv now. Even while watching the show I find ways of staying more active. Really inspiring music makes me want to move more. A really high percentage of my family has heart disease so that motivates me too.

easy. Do I want to end up weak and fat like the rest of America's teens? Nope. Plus, chicks dig hot bodies. lol
For me it's definitely music! I make playlists for all of my workouts, and it really helps.
First,we must very clear in our mind to maintains a healthy body is our own duties,not depend on other people ( doctors or ...) and avoid sickness.So once of the most importance is do exercise everyday plus balance of diet.
