Question: my question is ,1)I am bit fat for my age of 19 ,5'10,and weight of 165 pounds,well i want to know if u can give me an effective tips on how to get some abs on by stomach.(or any web links)
2)can i improve my height

Here's my ab routine.

15 crunches, immediately followed with 15 leg raises. At least 2 sets.

There is one important aspect of a crunch that I think a lot of people don't know. As you crunch, exhale deeply and FLEX AS HARD AS YOU CAN and hold it for about a second or more. Then release. Do about 15 of those and you'll immediately feel the difference.

The same exhale/flex principle applies to the leg raises. And to really get the most out of them, try this, if you can: once your legs are vertical, lift your butt off the floor like you're trying to touch the ceiling with your feet.

This routine takes just a few minutes and it feels great. Have fun with it!

Sorry, can't do much about your height, though...

well to get bigger abs, you need to do crunches! BUT you will never see them unless you lose body fat. getting a nice 6pack abs, comes from the kitchen, not the gym. you need to eat very healthy and do cardio!

Your not over weight at all... your completely normal... you actually sound kind of skinny.

Oh no you are not fat hun. If anything you may be a bit underweight but who cares cuz some people are. Okay well i am a girl and i have a 4 pack working on my 6. This is what i use:

I do 6 inches which is when you hold both legs up about 6 inches from the ground and you hold it there. it BURNS but it works so well.

And actually there is a natural way to get taller...
