Yes, you can get water toxicity and die from drinking too much water... it's happened before to people... your electrolytes get all screwed up.

You should drink 8 glasses of water a day... 4 liters is way too much. If you feel nauseous or sick I'd go to the doctor!

A normal person should drink around 2 liters of water a day. If you drink too much water your blood can become too thin and you will get anemia and perhaps die. ITs happened to people in the hospital where my mother works.

if you are 5'7" and your weight is not mostly fat, your weight is quite healthy. Also you should definitely NOT drink 4 liters per day. This may kill you

You can get water poisoning if you drink too much water...
there was a girl who died from drinking too much water at a radio station once for a contest
talk to your doctor about how much water is too much

4 liters spread out over the day is not really going to kill you, but it could make you sick (unless you are exercising an awful lot and losing fluids that way)
read up on water intoxication and hyponatremia.
If you drank 2 gallons in 2 hours you'd be guaranteed to die from it.
