definately GOOD LUCK!

yes u will as long as u eat healthy to..u should see the results after the first week...

you would need to follow a healthy diet as well, cycling is a form of cardio so you would still be better of exercising as well, cycling just by itself will not help you lose a great deal of weight but it does help burn fat.eat healthily and try a workout dvd or join an aerobics class as well.

Yes it will help you lose wieght as long as you change your diet too! It would probably start to take effect in about 6 weeks.

Hi I have a person who can help you to lose all those extra pounds and the good news is you will not have to worry about putting this back on as I was 185 kls and now am down to 124kls and this is so easy to do and my weight is still dropping.

email merv on ausmerv@bigpond.net.au or ph 0431 456 560 and he can help you just say Roby told me

no that makes you fatter. my name is woody and i had a bike but couldn't use it bc i am a tree man who came from teh 11 year old and teh leaf who rapers her and is now in jail for it and my mom stole teh bike from white folks and then we all diet and then ride the bike but you need to make sure to eat and drink the calories bc that makes you hot and throw up alot.

As long as you use up more calories than you consume, you will lose weight.

yes, you will. but if you don`t cycle much, this might be too much to start with. start off more slowly and then build it up otherwise you might injure yourself.

Take it gradually at first, especially if you're not used to cycling. For example, cycle to work on Monday and take the bus home that day, then Tuesday take the bus to work and cycle home.

You'll start feeling the physical effects right away, and it will take at least a week before you actually see anything.

What would help greatly would be to change your eating habits - cut down drastically on chocolate, butter, cream, cheese, chips, (deep) fried food, white bread - you know, all the stuff that's not so great for you in large amounts. The key word with those is moderation! Instead add lots of fibre to your diet, the 5 portions of fruit and veg is a very good idea, and go easy on your carbs, have no more than 250g of carbs spread over the day. To really help yourself along, you could speed up your metabolism by eating 5 small meals a day, instead three larger meals, and make sure you alternate protein with carbs. What I mean by this is: don't have, say meat with potato, instead have either meat with non-carb vegetable like a salad or steamed leafy veg or stir-fried veg, or have potato or pasta or your carb grains (like rice, bulgur, quinoa, etc.) with your veg as above. When you weigh your carbs, do with when they're raw. 100g of pasta makes a very large portion, much larger than you actually need, so you could eat half of it and save the other half for tomorrow's lunch, and make it into a salad.

It takes a lot of organisation to change the way you eat, but it's a habit worth forming, because you'll feel a lot better also.
