What's the best way to get to 100 press ups?!


Question: i need to be able to do 100 press ups in one go by mid june. What's the best way? should i do 5 sets of 20 for a month, then try 4 x 25 etc eventually 2 x 50 and then 100, or should i do a high number, like 20 sets of 5

I did the following method a couple of years ago to work up to 100 pressup.

Do as many pressups as you can (in perfect form) until you cant do any more. Rest for 30 seconds and do the same again, keep repeating this until you hit a total 100 pressups.
Repeat this every couple of days and you will find that you are stopping less and less and soon you will be able to perform 100 in one go.

I would also recommend performing dips in order to strengthen the tricepts, this will help a lot with your pressups.

I recall my first time with a condom, I was 16 or so. I went in to buy
a packet of condoms at the pharmacy. There was this beautiful woman
assistant behind the counter, and she could see that I was new at it.
She handed me the package and asked if I knew how to wear one.

I honestly answered, "No, this is my first time."

So she unwrapped the package, took one out and slipped it over her
thumb. She cautioned me to make sure it was on tight and secure. I
apparently still looked confused. So she looked all around the store
to see if it was empty. It was empty.

"Just a minute," she said, and walked to the door, and locked it.
Taking my hand, she led me into the back room, unbuttoned her blouse
and removed it. She unhooked her bra and laid it aside. "Do these
excite you?" she asked. Well, I was so dumb-struck that all I could do
was nod my head. She then said it was time to slip the condom on.
As I was slipping it on, she dropped her skirt, removed her panties
and lay down on a desk. "Well, come on", she said, "We don't have much time."

So I climbed on her. It was so wonderful, that unfortunately, I could
no longer hold back and KAPOW, I was done within a few minutes.

She looked at me with a bit of a frown. "Did you put that condom on?"
she asked. I said, "I sure did," and held up my thumb to show her.

She fainted.

Why dont you see how many you can do now then set yourself a target to do 5 or 10 more a week until you reach 100, that way you can see the progress you have made from maybe only being able to do 15 then next week being able to do 25 then being able to do 40 etc. if you set yourslef a goal to do a few more each week you'll feel like you've come a long way after only being able to do a smaller amount.

Just start off with 100. Take as long as you need to, and break as often as you need to. Try and do that in under an hour on the first day, and then a couple of days later try it again, but do it in less time. Just keep doing that every couple of days in less and less time.

1 every day, for 100 days, that will be 1oo by june
