Am not really hungry today, i skipped breakfast ..?!


Question: yesturday i ate so much!!
i mean am not vert fat but i was on a diet just too loose 2 kilos not much but anywayz yesturdat my parentds friends came over and we all ate so much! like 3 thousands calories
and today i was not hungry in the morning so i didnt have anything
wot about lunch am a bit hungry now but i dont wanna get fat i wanna get skinnier?
i dont have time to exercise so is it bad to skeep lunch also or should i just eat my dinner at like 7.30 tonight?

nope, have a plain rocca salad with lemon drizzle and shredded carrot with few beans and veg. soup+a fruit for dinner, TRY to workout, even if its 15mins. and exercise an hour on weekend days (note: tomorrow eat less than you'd usually eat like cut 100-200 calories and exercise 30min.) after 2morrow do the same untill its weekend exercise an hour then monday add 100 calories 2 ur diet with15min EXTRA exercise a day. you'll return 2 ur origional weight and maybe lose 1 kg.

ok first of all, u shouldnt just pig out one day and not eat the nxt!!! that is bad for ur health, u need to eat healthy snacks throughout the day and not just a realb ig meal and not eat for the rest of the day
also, when ur on a diet dont just stop eating and eat like a carrot a day!!! like i said eat HEALTHY snacks througout the day

after a big binge you wouldn't usually be hungry in the morning. Today to clense your body drink LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of water, it'll get rid of all that junk you had. and about breakfast, you're gonna want your metabolism working if you want to burn off what you ate last night, so have some grapes or an apple or something, don't starve yourself though because you'll be more likley to binge again!

Don't skip meals at all.

Your metabolism will appreciate regular, sensible, balanced meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus if necessary, healthy snacks between-times to hold you over is the best way to go.

If you try to starve yourself or skip meals in the hope of getting thinner, you're unlikely to have much success. If your body perceives that it's not getting enough food, it will go into 'Starvation Mode', whereby because it doesn't know when it might next be fed, it stubbonly holds onto every ounce of fat it can. Your body isn't stupid; it's not just going to let you starve yourself down to nothing. :P

Also, don't exercise as a substitute to eating well. Thinking 'I can have those extra three slices of pizza, I'll just jog it all off later' is not the way your body works. Balanced, healthy, regular meals and moderate, consistant exercise ftw.

write down a list of things that you'll that day wive extra snacks like fruit, writing a list will prepare you for the day and you'll be less likely to pig out. oh and make sure your drinking extra water. don't skip meals and make sure you do exercise at least once a week and for heavens sake don't become obsessed with losing weight.
