Really fast is really bad. A healthy weight loss is about 2 lbs per week.

A combination of both diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight safely.

i agree that is not healthy but eat fruit and veggies, lots of water, no bread, pasta, sweets, dairy, red meat or grains.....you will loose weight really fast but when you start eating normal you will gain it back....so is better to eat healthy, exercise and you will loose slowly but you wont get that back

Both. About 1hour of exercising everyday & eat healthy such as the obvious foods, Cereal (Museila, Honey Nut Crunches, Special K, Porridge, Wheatabix etc), Veggies, Fruit, Meat, Salads & Lots of water! : )

if i were you i would do the excercises in seventeen magazine
that helped me a lot
