How do you make your knees stronger?!
Question: depends what your on about. the knee isnt a muscle so u cant really make it stronger, but if you mean recovery from injury thats a different story
you can do light recovery exersizes.
my doctor told me to do things like:
>sit on the couch and do a leg raise motion like you would do in the gym, but with no weight. tense them while their straight for a few seconds then repeat.
i had to take a 6 month break from heavy exersize like running etc.
sucks...
