Need some good advice on losing weight.?!


Question: Well here is my situation. I am currently about 60 pounds over weight. And I would like to here some advice on people that have had real succes stories and how they did it. Keep in mind I work a gruesome schedule of working days and nights of twelve hour long shifts. It takes a lot of my energy, but i think if I could get kick started in a program that it would help with my energy. My schedule is one of my biggest enemies right now. I would like to know what kinds of foods you ate and which ones that I should avoid. Anything you got would be great because I need some motivation.

Try weight watchers. You can still eat what you want/like- just in moderation. Also, its really easy to follow and figure out how many points you are using with meals. Another thing that helps me with a busy work schedule is packing my lunch the day before along with snacks for the day, that way when lunch break comes around, you already have your meal portioned and ready to go!

I would suggest going on a Low-Carb diet. I went on one and within a month I had lost 15 pounds! The results are really fast!! Basically you just eat vegetables and meats. NO bread, pastas, or processed foods. It sounds like it would be hard but it really is easy.
