What foods to stay clear of on a fat free diet?!

Question: other then the obvious please could someone give me a list?

Answers: other then the obvious please could someone give me a list?

Saturated fat is what you really want to avoid. The recommended daily allowance is 70g for women.
Would take forever to list all of them but you obviously know the worst foods like dairy, sweets, crisps, most processed foods.....etc.
Foods you can eat would be things like pasta, rice, tomato based sauces and soups, chicken, white fish, fruit and veg. Don't cook with fats or oils. Grill instead of fry.

GLOO

Beef
pork
avocado

nuts.

I am on a fat free diet so I know

have a good feed . i suppose your thin anyway

Ummmm, foods that don't have fat in them!

Fat free diets will work against your goal of weight loss. You should not avoid all fats if you wish to lose weight. Just the opposite. You must INCREASE the amounts of good fats, along with the amounts of veggies, fruits, and some fish. Cut back on all things white (white breads, white rice, etc) and most animal fats (butter, milk, muscle meats, etc).

Fats are not the issue. Bad fats are the issue. An example of a good fat include:

Extra virgin olive oil
Avocadoes
Salmon (or any other oily fish)

Bad fats are

Butter
Lard
Hydrogenated anything
etc

So, bottom line, to lose weight it is not about fat consumption. It is about calorie consumption. Following a fat free diet is absolutely futile, bad for your health, and will ultimately make it harder to lose weight.
