Hey I am I 16 yr old male trying to find the best and most fastest way to cut my!

Light weight with high reps will help you get cut, but low reps with high weight will help you get big. You'll probably start seeing results for heavy weight within a couple of weeks. It takes longer to get cut.

Note: Push-ups mainly work your chest and back, but will help a bit in the arms. You need to keep the work-outs mixed up and don't get stuck on just one thing.

use a lawn mower, or the fan blades in a car engine.

do 4 sets of 10 reps at whatever weigh you can do, gradually increase weight. gotta start somewhere.

The weight doesn't really matter. You should work your way up. Start of with 2 pounds, you would really be surprised by the time you get to 50 repetitions, how heavy 2 pounds can be.

Each person is different and will build muscles differently. Start off with less weight and more reps, as this gets easy, go for more weight. Also, are you trying to tone up just your biceps and triceps? You should work all the muscle groups. Start at the shoulder, then work your way down the arm.

yes, i am sure 10 would be sufficient. i have a coach and she says to hold the bars out in front of you, one in each hand, for one minute. this is our punishment for talking too much in her class. it hurts like.... but you do gett nicceee arms.

Damn, I hope you mean cut, as in muscle sculpture!

Start a good diet, with lean meats and proteins. At your age you do not have to be too careful, but lower your fatty foods a bit.

Start weight lifting and sculpting. I think it's lighter weight, more repetitions when you want to gain that sculpted cut look.

Very important to stretch before and after lifting. It helps to lengthen muscles, not bind them up!

Good ol push ups are about the best you can do, anywhere, and anytime.

Add running to your exercise routine, and/or swimming. All around toning, helps everywhere!!

Do whatever you are comfortable with and gradually increase pushing yourself a little more each time. Then one day, just maybe, you'll get as buff as me :-P You should notice results rather fast if you keep at it.

I'll tell you my little secret, I eat like a whole pizza before I lift weights. I don't know if it helps, but it sure tastes good

yea dont try to lift a whole lot of weight for a short amount of time...

use the ten pound weights in about 50 at a time i say 3 times a day...(that with 20 pound weights worked for me...)
