I take protein, creatine, glutamine. The creatine and glutamin are both in the same substance called mass explode, which contains 3000 mg of creatine and I think 1000 to 2000 mg of glutamine. I've just gotten back on my mass explode so I'm not really sure how it's going to go. I do about 1.5 or more g of protein. I use to take mega mans vitamin, but recently got off due to an acne medication that I may be taking soon, which would give me too much vitamin A.

Tulip, unless you have already been bodybuilding for awhile and know your body is capable of higher amounts of testosterone, your most likely not going to get very big. You will get stronger, but less than 2% of females are genetically capable of producing large muscles. Thats why girls don't have to worry about lifting heavy weights and getting bulky. Ironically, muscle burns more fat than anything else, which is a great way to lose weight. Lifting lighter weights with high reps will also build muscle, not tone as some believe. The body either builds muscle or loses fat, it doesn't do anything else.

Whey Protein (1g per pound of weight=130g)
Hydroxycut Max
Multi-Vitamin

I will be going to the store soon to purchase Glutamine. I really wanted to try creatine, but my boyfriend doesn't want me to take that stuff.

Anyways, my goal is to build muscle mass as well and I don't mean by light weights and more reps. I do heavy weights with no more than 5-6 reps.

Yea, I was thinking of taking it (creatine) discreetly without him knowing so he wont give me such a hoopla about it=P

Hydroxycut
Whey protein
healthy oils and fats...olive oil, avacados, fish. ETC.
