What foods help with weight loss?!


Question: Try catabolic (negative calorie) foods. If you live off only those (like I am), you'll probably become extremely unhealthy and malnutritioned. Eat proteins, low calorie foods... Oh, drink lots of water. It helps clean you out and stuff. I put lemon in mine because I like the acidic taste (plus I think it makes it better?) Try egg whites, chicken, nothing fried or breaded. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Good luck!!!

anything low calorie, high protein. fruits, vegtables, grilled chicken, fish.

most foods that are low in carbs, and low sugars, foods high in essential fatty acids, eggs are good, grapfruits help burn fat, vegetables are great, salmon and fish is great.

an food(including cake and ice cream) can help weight loss and any food(including carrots) can help weight gain...it hpw many calories u take in...u need to eat about 1500-1600 calories a day to lose weight depending on how active u are and how much weight u need to lose... and never everstarve urself...here are th basic healthy foods and sum healthy snacks...

-fruits
-vegies
-whole grain/wheat breads/pasta/brown rice/oatmeal
-low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese)
-lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites)
-nuts/seeds...peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit
-beans

-baked lays chips
-cheesesticks
-100 calorie packs
-breyers double churned(and no added sugar) ice cream
-chocolate peanut butter ricecakes
-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
-quaker chewy granola bars
-fruit pops
-lean pockets
-chocolate milk
-graham crackers
-vegies and dip
-pretzels and fat free cream cheese

Spinach. Fresh spinach has 28 calories for 4 cups.

fish chicken fruits veggies special k product and anything els low calorie try joining a club named herbal life they serve tea that reduses calories vitamin and protine water and a healthy milkshake that helps you not get hungry as much and it comes in many flavors plus all three only cost 3 bucks!

Dark green vegetables. I have used many things, but the latest that I love is the downloads that I got from Independent Achievement Productions. I use them every night when I go to bed. They have worked on getting my subconscious to get my body to do several things. One is to eat half on my plate..... one is to crave water .....one is to remove my sugar addiction and I have one to want to crave exercise. They really work, even though I'm asleep while they are playing.
