Shrugs, pullups, close grip bench press, incline bench press, regular bench press, rows, flys, you name it, all can work your upper arms, shoulders, back, etc.

And remember, high weight, low rep if you want muscle. Low weight high rep for tone.

Don't forget a nice healthy diet of meats, proteins, friuts, etc. Oily, greasy, choclatey junk food, does nothing for you. Skip it at all costs.

Goodluck.

Ohhh that's a good one...
You have to understand that it takes a while to get this amazing shape.
You have to make your lower part of the body (waist) much smaller than the upper (Lat)
You can do it by rowing, 8 reps , 3 sets, rest of one minute and half but !! you have to lift 75% of your max weight !
You have to bulk up your back in order to get the V shape.
You can allow have the pull over exercise which is very good.
same process as I mentioned.
You can add some pull ups if you want to have rough back
and work a lot on your abs, doing so will make your waist looks a bit smaller than the upper part of the body.
This is the V shape.
Hope I helped you

The most outstanding area that gets that V shape is the back. Pull ups are the best thing for the back but you shouldn't limit yourself to just pull ups. Instead you want a whole body workout to get that chiseled look. Try reading a book on weight training. I suggest Arnold's, "The Education of a Bodybuilder". He can show you how to put muscle on and gives you several options to work with. And lay off the protein powders unless you are terribly concerned about eating meat.
