Am i doing something wrong?!

Question: Ok so its been a month this week that ive been starting my new lifestyle/ diet... hoping to lose 1-2 dress sizes in about months now. Ive been doing 3 days a week of cycling, one step class, one stability ball class and one pilates class. And on my days off i go cross country skiing. Now i have lost 7 pounds which is awesome but i haven't noticed my pants any bigger! I got another question... ive been busy lately and have only got into my cardio last and this week because im kinda busy ... will that make a difference in my toning? I also start eating healthy ( fruits, veggies, protein and cut back on the carbs i eat) Im 143 and 5'8. Please don't tell me i don't need to lose weight... this is my choice and i wanna tone as well. Thanks for reading this!!!!! and theres been a couple days of bad eating will that effect it?
Ps: i drink lots of water, and ANY TIPS WILL HELP ME
PPs: i can't change my excersise classes because ive signed up for all of them and can't just change my routine up.:

Well it sounds like your doing the thing to lose weight, and it does not sound right that you lost 7 pounds and your clothes are not any looser on you, hmmm, well the only thing I can say is probably your muscles are swelled from the workout and that's why your clothes are not bigger on you I workout to and one of my instructors told me that, just keep it up and eventually the muscles will go back to normal, if you just started working out then that might be the reason because usually when a person first starts working out the muscles swell and then go back down within a couple of weeks. Good luck!!

usually you lose alot of weight in the beginning, then taper down, stay on your schedual, your doing a good job so far, dont give up

Every ones body is different. I lost the sizes before the pounds and my friend lost the pounds before the sizes, don't give up, it will come. Patience my dear!

Keep up the work
