i tried this diet about a month ago, and it only took off temporary water weight that i gained back rather quickly after going off the diet. i got sick of the soup after 2 days, it made me want to gag. I don't recommend starting this diet because it will only be a crash one. it's up to you though, i didn't believe anyone until i tried it and then i wish i hadent, it made me nauseated for about a week afterward.

i believe it is basically cabage and water, but it is sooo unhealthy, so only do it if your trying to lose a lot of weight for a short amount of time,..
