Weight gaining?!

Question: Ok, over the last 2 months I've gone from 195 to 215 pounds. I was horrified to see the scale like that. How could this have happened?!?

I've been working out three times a week over the last 2 months, each workout consisting of about an hour and 15 minutes of weightlifting. I've been taking a Optimum protein shake (gives me 32 grams of protein) after every workout. All my pants fit fine (the ones I wore a belt around are still worn with a belt with the little thing in the exact same hole). I can admit that my stomach has been feeling a bit more flabby (not too much, more or less when I look in the mirror it looks a tiny bit smaller but it's really flubbery). What are the possible reasons that I gained so much goddamn weight?!?

dude no need to worry.. your doing damn good! i can explain to u what has happened to u that last few months.. you took on a really aggressive weight training program.. your maxed out on your reps, pushing to the limit and u maxed out your eating, by taking in alot of calories...

you have gained alot of strength and size which is awesome! but u have lost some of your sixpack or lean stomach.. now u got very bulky and u might look more like a powerlifter now... you want your stomach leaner..

do some higher reps sometimes
you gotta reduce some of the carbs u have been eating,, reduce calories, add more cardio maybe try and drop 10 - 15lbs.. as long as u do not feel too tired when u lose the weight!

but u are doing good!

With all of that protein, it's probably making you stronger, making your muscles bigger. AKA thats a good thing. Your not overweight so who cares!

It is most likely muscle.

But, are you eating to much?
Some guy think they should eat lots of protein to gain muscle, but really too much protein is bad. The extra protein is stored as fat.

YOu can do it, put your back into it.
