How can i lose wieght fast?!

drinking alot of wateractually helps alot.
it makes you eat less and it goes through your body fast.

i also read that lemon-aid mixed with cheyanne pepper goes through your body fast and clenses your body/stomach.

exercise regularly, what i did to loose weight fast was cutting out all fast food and sodas. and did 100+ sit-ups/crunches everynight. its easier to do 100+ if you split it up in 25's.

You can't. Everyone wants a quick fix, a magic bullet, an instant result. It doesn't happen.

Although you are heavy for your height, at sixteen, you are probably not yet done growing. Things may resolve themselves by your eighteenth birthday.

In the meantime, eat right and exercise! No junk foods, no fast foods, no nutritionless sweets and snacks. Lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables, and some whole grain products will do you good, as well as exercising forty-five minutes a day four or five times a week.

Do all that, and you can expect to lose a pound or two a week. Just remember, once you stop this plan and revert back to your old, unhealthy ways, you will gain back all the weight you lost, and more. This is for life.

1.eat ice cream with lots of sugar
2.eat McDonalds (Quorter pounder) good way to lose weight
3.lots of chocolate

watch what you eat
exercise exercise and more exercise
never be sitting always be moving
no sugar
only alive food
eat less

there's isn't a "quick-fix" unless you want to starve yourself, but thats not necessary! so talk to your mom or doctor about getting onto a healthy food\exercise plan.
