Can an overweight man become skinny one day?!


Question: I take it you mean in a matter of months not in one day as their is no comer.
Exercise, eat a balanced low fat diet and drink loads of water and you will loose body, become firmer, look and feel better within yourself.
Know one wants to be skinny but we do want to look and feel great.

No, it is physcially impossible to become skinny in one day if you are overweight of course, naturally. There is lypo suction, but that is dangerous and I am NOT recommending it.

No but you could loose up to ten pounds in one day if you had to. It would be almost all sweat weight but it is possible. Basically if you ate and drank nothing for one whole day and worked out for about 2-3 hours and then sat in a sauna for a few hours you could probably lose ten pounds.

stored fat is energy and only leaves the body as heat after being converted to the cellular energy source ATP. there is only so much ATP that the body will utilize in a 24 hr period regardless of how low the calories are or how much exercise is performed. this is why fat loss is such a slow process. the body stores fat to provide energy in times of famine. rapid depletion of fat stores goes totally against human biology and the entire purpose of why the human body stores fat to begin with.

no, it takes time, dedication, & will power to lose weight & it will certainly not occur overnight. besides, it's not even healthy to lose a lot of weight in a very short period of time

I was overweight not that long ago. Lost weight from basically chewing the crap out of whatever I ate, not having pasta or meat for my last meal of the day (takes longer to digest). Yes you can do it!

Most can...especially if you are a teenager. It is easier to change your body before adulthood. It is also necessary to think of your health and try to keep fit, even if you aren't skinny you should at least exercise several times a week. Try changing your lifestyle and if that does not get you the results you want, get help from a trainer or a weight loss group. Diets alone do not work, you must exercise to be healthy.

Yes it is possible. It takes dedication and a willingness to change bad habits, but one day an overweight man can become skinny.

If you mean 'in one day', then no. Obviously that's not possible.

If you mean 'someday' then yes, of course. Eat more healthily and get some regular exercise (30mins three times a week is recommended).

You don't necessarily have to eat LESS, but make healthier choices. Drink lots of water (8glasses a day), and eat more vegetables and fruit. Also, try and cut down on fast food and sugar. Limit them to once a week, if you really must still have them. But you'll notice that as time goes on, you'll enjoy healthy food more than greasy/fast food. =P

It is possible. But it would take an amount of faith that few humans have ever demonstrated.

The fastest way to safely lose weight is to, first, remove your focus from noticing where you are now and putting your focus exclusively on where you would like to be in regards to body weight.

As it is said: "What you resist, persists". So removing resistance to your weight is paramount.

And, in the meantime, feel good about where you are now. Focus on the parts of you that are beautiful. Buy outfits that make you feel good where you are now. In other words, don't buy outfits that are too small with the intention of wearing them when you lose weight. (Likewise, don't hang onto outfits with the hope of fitting into them someday
