1. fruit is a good place to start */c it has enough sugar to taste good but is still healthy and filling. try dried fruit. also, fruit flavored yogurt and kashi brand products-just don't gorge on them.
2. try to make about 10% of your calories for junk food/"extra stuff" (if you are eating 2000 calories a day, that's 200 calories).
3. self.com has great exercises to do at home, and you could try jumping rope, dancing, or climbing stairs for cardio.
4. one last thing- it's hard at first, but keep it up and you'll have less junk food cravings and like working out more. :-)

Well if you need to lose weight I would limit the junk food to one small snack a week if you are well all week. Try to eat your fruits and veggies and lean protein. Drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary drinks like soda.
You can jump rope inside, that will burn calories. Buy some aerobic exercise videos to try.
Good luck!

1) You know how to eat healthy. We learn about this stuff in primary school. Wheats, veggies, fruits, lean proteins, dairy and fats and oils. As you start from the bottom and work your way up, you eat less and less of the foods so that fats and oils are barely in your diet.

2) Once a week is probably okay. As little as possible is obviously best.

3) Basic calisthenics. Pushups, stretches, situps. If you can get a stationary bike for cardio, that would be best.

4) Don't be obsessed with the scale. It can, and frequently does, lie about your overall health. If you're in a healthy weight range, you can give yourself a 10lb buffer to float around in.

Limit all junk food. Drink a cup of water before you eat and after you eat. It help you eat less and helps your digestive system. Soup is good to eat if you want to loose weight-just not creamy soup. Soup will fill you up and keeps you satisfied for a long time. Eat breakfast-that will start your metabolism earlier.
