Here are a few tips you may/ may not be able to implement:
-Switch from white bread to whole wheat/ honey whole wheat.
-Switch from white pasta to blend/ whole wheat pasta.
-If you buy red meat buy lean meat. Fat is a concentrated source of calories so cutting out just a little will reduce a whole amount of fat.
-Try replacing red meat with grilled white meat and seafood.
-If you buy pizza buy the slice buy one, then eat that slowly and if you still fee hungry then order the next slice.
-Don't keep unhealthy snacks like chips/ cookies at home. Switch to baked crackers, plain pretzels.
-You must excercise if you don't want to look flabby.
-if exercising is not motivating enough volunteer to help with homeless kids shelter. You will play with them and they will encourage you to keep your commitment. Or volunteer on the weekends for Habitat to keep you busy.
-When eating at sit down restaurants always order the entree salad with dressing on the side and no croutons. They are a lot nicer that they sound and will have a ton less calories than an entree with side dish and side salad or burger with fries.

Well you could eat healthy food, exercise at least for 30 minutes everyday, get lipo suction if you can afford it, join a gym and go at least 5 times a week for at least an hour a session, stop buying junk food which includes chocolate, ice cream, chinese, mcdonalds, KFC, sizzler, taco belle, twinkies, biscuits, cake, buns, toffee, lollies, milk flavoured drinks, some juices (are fattening)... Goodluck.

Try cutting out bread, if you have biscuits try jaffa cakes instead ( only 40 cals) Cereal bars are good snacks. Of course theres good old fruit and veg plus water but you already know that! Id say just increase your pace when walking , house work is good exercise, laugh as much as possible ( burns cals) but most importantly dont starve yourself or deprive yourself of treats! Smaller proportions and eating 5 small means a day is better than 3 hugeeee meals. Also remember being skinny is not what makes you beautiful, girls are meant to have gorgeous curves :) x x x
