Eat about 1,200 calories a day. Make a diary of your calorie intake, drink lots of water and run for 2 hours every night.

Change your attitude about food. Get familiar with the food pyramid, forget fad diets, limit portion size and trans fats, exercise and take it one day at a time. Good luck.

Keep track of what you are eating. Stay away from fast food and pre packaged food. If you are a soda drinker, try diet. Drink lots of water. Exercise is very important.
