Upper Body Fat Burning Exercises?!


Question: I'm looking to burn fat and tone up my upper body. I have a very good abdominal workout program that I have been following for quite some time now, I need good chest/back exercises, I normally do supermans for my back but it just doesn't cut it... I don't have any weight lifting machines and all I have for weights is an exercise ball and dumbbells, I don't even have a weight bench so I was just wondering what kind of exercises I can do for the chest/back/sides of torso with dumbbells + exercise ball. I play on a soccer team and I want to be ready for the season!

So it goes like this I'd like to burn body fat % in upper body (my legs are fine) and tone muscle at the same time, I don't want to bulk up, just tone and lose fat!

Gymnastic type exercises will get you strong in your core and I know a guy who knows his stuff on gymnast training. Ed Baran Strength/Conditioning coach. His course plus push-ups, pull-ups, burpees, bear crawls, walking on your hands on the wall will burn off fat and build muscle. Be sure to have a healthy diet, diet and exercise go together like cars and gas, one can't run without the other.

You cant spot reduce. Your body will burn fat all over and if you dont have much on your legs then it will start burning in on your upper body
