Sounds like your bodys chemistry is out of whack .Try eating within the first 45 mins of getting up everyday "its vital to make sure you eat within first 45 mins or else your whole bodys chemistry will be out of whack for that entire day ", also eat 5 times a day but smaller meals, never eat within 4 to 2hrs of bedtime and if you do select a salad or eating your favorite raw veggies. Eating things you like is fine just make the servings smaller and try eating things like veggie salads and fruit salads. This will help your bodies metablism and infact bring up your energy levels , as well as adjust your body so you feel hungry when you should.

You may begin to gain weight.
Or you will grow. Growing needs alot of energy and your body sometimes eats it all up.
Before you go to eat something, ask yourself if your rele hungry or not

sometimes exercising lack of entusiasm and medications can couse lack of apitite for example when you wake up you may be hungry but if you take a hot bath or shower you lose your hunger just ask a doctor or call a nurses office.

i do the same thing.

it's not bad unless you're consuming the right kinds of foods.

as long as you arent over weight you are ok

I wouldn't say that it is a bad thing, but what are your reasons for eating when you're not hungry? You need to eat no matter what, just make sure that your portion sizes aren't too big and that you're eating healthy foods.
