If I exercise 8 week intensely can I get 2 weeks off?!

Question: If I do that will I still feel good and if i eat lots of protein during the 2 weeks will I still be strong and muscular? Please if you are a pro trainer or knows all about this can you please explain to me? Thanks.

two weeks off will not be detrimental to regimen but you will lose a some of your aquired fitness and strength and it will take a few weeks after to get back to your peak before you stopped simply because your muscles arent being used.

Eating lots of protein in your time off won't really help and will most likley be stored as fat as you are not using it to repair your muscles. Your best bet would be to stay with a balanced diet but reduce your daily calorie consumption

I would suggest not taking a couple of weeks off but may be reducing your intensity/ frequencey of training. Im going on Holiday in a few months for two weeks but I fully intend to get some sort of exercise during this time even if its not hitting the gym 4/5 times a week like I do at the moment just simply to keep myself "ticking over" as it were. You can do effective workouts in under 20mins you just have to have the right programme.

One if you do work out intensly for 8 weeks you'll probably end up craving working out, it can get a bit addictive you might just continue anyway.

Good luck.

i think so but idk

Two weeks off will be ok.
I do boot camp twice a week and have had times when i've needed a couple of weeks off and have remained well.

Taking a break is always good for your body but I would recommend going for 12 weeks first if you can.

12 weeks allows your body to get into a rhythm. If it has to be 8, then just make sure you don't go crazy during those 2 weeks. You can splurge a little but remember just because your body is at a certain weight and muscle size right now, doesn't mean it will always be that way.

Weight training is what keeps the muscle on (otherwise the body will break it down for energy) but 2 weeks in the scheme of things won't hurt you. Just get back on the horse after that.

Good Luck.
