Muscle question...please help?!

Question: ok, so lets say like, i worked out today and i am going to bed...my arms are getting pretty big and i accidentally slept on it?...haha i dont control how i move during my sleep...and as paranoid as i am i look in the mirror and tell myself that he doesnt like as big anymore bc i accidentally slept on it...this isnt true right?...the only thing that makes muscles smaller is lack of nutrients? right?

No. sleeping on your arm will not affect the size of the muscle. Lack of nutrition and exercise will reduce muscle mass.
However if you slept on it and cut off the circulation for long enough, you technically could get compartment syndrome, of which a symptom is swelling which means your arm would be bigger (but not the actual muscle)

actually that's interesting. how you feed your muscles within the first 2-3 hours of working out is the most important. if you consistently work out and don't feed them then you'll likely get smaller.... from just sleeping on it... i would say unlikely. maybe you're just comparing a non-pumped arm to a pumped arm.

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
http://www.fit-diet-fun.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
