ok pretty much in short, creatine takes your body water and confines it to your muscles, allow them to rebuild faster and bigger! thats pretty much what it does.

and yes you can notice the diffrence if your using it or if your not. your body retaines the water in your muscles, so they look more "pumped" and bigger.(not alot)

creatine can be bad if not taking properly!!! it uses body water, so you need to drink alot of water!! or you will get very dehydrated. also you are supposed to cycle with it, like take creatine for 4 weeks, then stop taking it for 2 weeks, then take it agin for 4 weeks, and so on. if you just constantly take it non stop, it will cause damage to your kidneys.

to get the most out of it, you take it right after your workout! within 30 min.

Add me on Yahoo, jmh_football_freak@yahoo.com I can tell you all about it. Can't stay on here my bad. Later.

Creatine is found in muscle, so you get some in your diet when you eat meat. Supplements have become popular because of weak evidence that it might slightly improve performance in top athletes and that has (1) been taken as gospel and (2) been extrapolated to other situations on the basis of no evidence at all. The main thing creatine does is make money for the people who sell creatine.
