Is this a healthy breakfast.. An apple and a couple grannola bars and water???!


Question: That really good! Everyone needs water to survive. The apple will wake you up better than coffee (proven fact) and the granola bar has loads of vitamins and fiber in it and will give you a lot of energy. Good choices!

i would pick the apple and water

The apple was good. but granola bars are vague. many granola bars are fill of just fiber and sugar. you should really look at having protien (meat or eggs). protien gets you mind working in the morning and helps you physically as well.

just add yougurt to it..

Not bad....but could be better. Most granola bars, though they are generally a good source of fiber, are stuck together with gooey high-fructose corn syrup and other sweeteners. You would be better off skipping all that sugar first thing in the morning because your body metabolizes it quickly, so while you have energy now, you may crash later. Try incorporating some lean protein and more whole grains....like some egg whites, and whole wheat toast with fruit on the side.

That's not bad but you need to add some protein.

youre missing protein and a lot of vitamins.
