no you are prolly about average but if you do feel over weight try these tips
look i had the same problem but now im envied by my "chunky" friends and with no boring tiring exercising or nasty diet food
all you have to do is find something you ? 2 do (like take dance class, gymnastics, cheerleading, * ball, ectect)
then cut out fast food and try organics
now your thinking organics GROSS no not spinach and greens but try a fruit snack (i perfer welches) no artificials tho thats just a big word for fake fattning and un healthy and you can still eat junk but instead of icecream try shebert or light or low fat cool whip frozen
im healthy and a junk food junkie you just got to be active and remember poportion sizes *****
instead of 5 cookies eat 2 and an apple
or instead of a soda have flavored water
