Is vitamin water good for sports?!

Plain water is fine, you are not running a 100 mile marathon, in which case, you may like to have gatorade, vitamin just sounds healthy, stick to plain old water.

I would think just plain water with some lemon would be the best. And then take your vitamins in the AM or PM.

water is necessary, but can wash out your electrolytes, so gatorade is good for that...

There is nothing better than plain old water. The best thirst quencher in the world. Vitamin water is a gimmick to spend more money for water... take a regular vitamin tablet and drink a glass of water.... same results

Quaint coaching? No water during PE was the order of the day in the '40s. Can't believe more of us didn't die in that SE New Mexico heat. Did have low-humidity, luckily.
