How to gain muscle honestly?.Professionals only?!


Question: I am 30 Male, fit and a little overweight. I can gain weight easily and loose it easily too but i cant gain muscle????? or dont know what i'm doing. been bodybuilding on and off since i was 15. Thanks for reading

Testosterone production is what stimulates muscle growth. To stimulate testosterone production you need a workout of high volume. For a wourkout of high volume try doing 12 reps for 3-5 sets at a load of 70-75% 1RM. You can also mix it up a bit and occaisionally do a workout of 10 reps X 10 sets at a load of ~65% 1RM.

Also, concerntrate on your rest intervals. An easy way to do this is to set a 2 minute timer when you begin your set and once you've finished the set, rest until the end of the 2 mins. For example, the set might take you 1:30 mins to complete, so you have a 30 second rest until you begin the next set.

I also suggest that, because you have been training in and off, to begin back at the anatomical adaptation block of training.

30 years old and you don't know the difference between "loose", and "lose"? Damn...there really is no hope for the ignorant children when not even adults are smart enough to know simple things like that.

No easy way to do it. Increase the amount of protein you eat and get yourself into a regular exercise regime. Do weights etc but also toning so that your muscles grow length as well as bulk. Gyms are very good at giving you a exercise program designed for your aims.
But its age old this remedy: Diet and exercise! there are protein pills you can take... but why take a tablet when you could have a steak or other protein full meal. Protein makes you feel fuller quicker as well so you will be less likely to go for carby snacks.
