Aloha! (I live in Hawaii!) First off, there's tons of overweight people on the beach so don't stress too much. If you're serious about this try the Medifast diet. It works SUPER fast and it's so easy because it's all planned out for you . You eat 5 prepackaged (powerded, just add water) meals plus one "lean and green" (Protein/veggie) meal each day. Google Medifast and check out the site. It's a bit pricy but worth it. I lost 35 lbs. in 7weeks before my wedding. good luck!

wow 40-45 lbs is a lot of weight to lose in that amount of time. but i guess you could aim at 10 lbs a month if you want to get close enough. just cut out soda and junk, drink A LOT of water, and do alot of cardio. like an hour a day.

Hire a fitness trainer and a nutritionist - together they will be able to help you lose in a healthy and sustainable manner. You don't want to return from your vacation and gain more pounds than you lost. You did not gain the weight in 3 months so it will be very difficult to lose it in that period of time.

Cardio first,then when you start to see the pounds subside a little, do some weight training. You don't want to look deflated, but toned and without dimples. Try to find a good swim suit that can make you look thinner. They make ones with elastic in the stomach that will suck it in. If you want to go with a two piece, though, you can always find one to make you hips look smaller or you breasts bigger...what ever you desire. A tan can help you look thinner too. Simple, you have 90 days1 I lost 94 lbs in that time! Mind you I was 400 lbs but I have continued to lose and now have lost 165 lbs. I might even consider going to the beach! I used a cleansing and fat burning system. That was simple to follow and gets result and is totally safe! I have no loose skin. So you need to think out of the box becauce I continue to see people believing 1-2 lbs a week is the only way. Well sorry folks there is a new way and It's not a diet. It will actually revitalize your system. So you could look great! Feel good too!

That is too much weight to lose in just 3 months. Think about it this way if you only needed to lose 30 pounds you would need to lose 2.5 in 7 days, that's 8750 calories that you would need to burn through your BMR and exercise combines. That's just too much. Aim for 20 pounds and instead of putting things off till the last minute you should really think about what kind of work you are creating for yourself every time you decide to overeat or skip out on exercising.
I am not criticizing you but I think it's important to realize our mistakes so we do not make them again. And also instead of losing weight just to look good for a vacation start losing weight to be healthier.

try not to eat too much at night... you gain more weight at night time cause u don't exercise much as day time...
