well if you do that your getting alot of carbs( not good) and your not getting protien (not good). also your not getting any fats (not good, you will feel horrible) .

i would say dont do that, bad idea.

You need to eat some meat. I know, it's soooo unethical, but you need the proteins that you get from it. Sorry for killing the little cows and chickens, but it's true.

bad idea. this would mean you're eating all carbs, no protein, and low amounts of good fats. This is not a balanced diet. best idea for a balanced diet is color. Diversity of vegetables and fruits. Protein sources like eggs, meats, fish and good fats like olive oil and nuts (not peanuts). The diet that you want will probably put weight on you, and leave you protein deficient.

Sounds stupid to me. You want to eat pancakes 3 meals a day for the rest of your life?

They're not healthy anyway - it's full of carbs, and you're probably adding syrup to it, which is all sugar.

Why not eat, gasp, well-balanced meals with proteins, carbs and fats in appropriate proportions with healthy portions of vegetables. Limit your calories to what you need, rather than overeating - e.g. most women don't need more than 2000 a day.

And then engage in moderate exercise every day.....

.... or, you could eat pancakes 3 times a day..... err.. yeah...
