I'm 23 and 5'10 210+ so if you got a good idea for a workout plan plus eating the way you are then you're doing great. Add in a few fruits in there for variety. Drink plenty of water and you'll be on your way. Be sure to change up your diet so you don't get bored with the same one over and over.
