How about before bed at night you do crunches and a light routine of Yoga. In regards the answer above referring to you as a "Lazy Person", How do you refer to someone as lazy especially if they are asking for quick routines that can be done daily on this persons short schedule. Perhaps would should say "Great another ignorant person answering questions"!

eat what you want.

gosh another lazy person trying to loose weight the easy way... do you realize that it is more about attitude than anything else when it comes to weightloss? ....you clearly are just in it for the quick haul....if you really want to lose weight and stay healthy for the rest of your life you need to change your mind first...

here is a good article...

if you cant deal with the honesty in it then you wont ever lose weight for good

30 crunches before you go to sleep everynight.

I can totally undertstand where you are coming from...but there really isn't any substatute for good old hard excersise! However, you can do 10 minutes of walking here, or 15 minutes of crunches..etc thoughout the day!

Losing weight requires time and dedication.
there isn't a quick fix....
sorry, but unless you can make it a priority, you won't be very successful

I feel Weight Watchers Does not work.I feel eat what you want in Moderation and exercise.
